Hi Goats and a happy new year to you all, lets hope its a much better year than 2020 was.
The new Winter Salvers Tour starts today and will run for 12 weeks, with it being an any level society i will be running both a scratch Tour and a Handicapped Tour to give everyone a chance of being on the rostrum each week. I have my own handicap system which worked well on TGC2019 so will apply it here also. You will be allocated a handicap based on your score History initially and it will be adjusted weekly after each event only using the scores from our events.
I have simply based this first Tour on the current PGA Tour and European Tour so the events run alongside the real events and where possible the same courses too, however i will not be using real time weather as the real Tours tend to follow the sun, i dont intend on making it that easy for you, but there will be a mixture of easy, regular and hard rounds during the Tour.
The full Winter Salvers schedule will be posted soon but as you can see in the game schedule i have added the first few weeks in there.
I am always open to ideas so if you would like to see any specific settings or aids switched off/on we will consider the requests.
There will be leader boards posted after each event with earnings allocated to each player as to where you finish, but no earnings will be allocated to players who do not complete the weekly event.
